Community Protectors
The Community Protectors comprise volunteers, technical partners, donors, professionals, and community members with specific skills. Their work includes technical support, promotion of digital literacy, awareness campaigns, logistical support in emergency situations, and mobilization of local resources. It is this set of contributions that gives the network depth and operational capacity.
parish Guardians
The Parish Guardians are local volunteer leaders who support the association, monitoring and strengthening the community resilience network at the parish level, ensuring the link between the Village Sentinels, the most vulnerable residents and the ARC-PR coordination structure.
