The Community Resilience Association of Rural Portugal is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting community safety and prevention among rural populations, with special attention to the most vulnerable.
ARC-PR aims to distinguish itself by adopting a structured and methodologically oriented approach to prevention and community empowerment.
In a context where many interventions are either one-off or predominantly informational, the Association proposes a model that integrates diagnosis, practical training, implementation of concrete measures, and impact assessment.
