ARC-PR, the Community Resilience Association of Rural Portugal , a private, non-profit association, established on June 12, 2026, with tax identification number 519.416.643, headquartered at Rua do Rossio, nº 2, 6320-561 Vale de Espinho, in its capacity as Data Controller, hereby presents its Personal Data Protection Policy to all those who visit this website or other digital services and products of ARC-PR, and provide us with personal data.

The development of the Association's activities requires the collection of some personal data from its members, partners, clients, suppliers, etc., which implies its management and compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). On the other hand, compliance with legal rules, namely public procurement regulations, to which the Association is bound, also implies the collection of personal data.
