Today we took an important step.
ARC-PR, Associação Resiliência Comunitária de Portugal Rural (ex-ARCBI) had the opportunity to present its project to the Parish Council of Vale de Espinho through its President, Ms. Lúcia Pires.
It was a very positive meeting, marked by open, constructive dialogue and signs of change.
clear interest in moving forward with this proximity model, focused on safety and support for the community — especially the senior and more vulnerable population.
During this meeting, we also had the honor of presenting the ARCBI Ambassador plaque, recognizing the fundamental role of local authorities in building more prepared, connected, and resilient communities.
Because we believe that:
Where there is community, there is strength.
Where there is commitment, resilience is born.
This is just the beginning.
